Hera terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Choiceful Inc. (“we”) about using Hera. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to them. If you use Hera for a business, you agree on its behalf.
What Hera does
Hera reads new comments on the Instagram professional accounts you connect, labels each one with the help of AI, and depending on the mode you choose, hides comments that look like spam or abuse. It flags comments that suggest someone may be in distress so you can respond yourself.
Hera never deletes comments, never replies to anyone, and never posts on your behalf. Anything it hides can be unhidden.
AI can be wrong
Labels come from an AI model and will sometimes be mistaken. You can review and change any label, and undo any hide. You're responsible for how your accounts are moderated, including the mode you pick for each one.
Hera is not a crisis service
When Hera flags a comment as possibly coming from someone in distress, it only tells you. It doesn't contact the person or emergency services, and it can miss comments that need attention. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Your use of Instagram is also governed by Instagram's and Meta's own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hera to break the law or Instagram's rules, to silence people unfairly on someone else's behalf without authority, or to interfere with Hera or try to access other people's data.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it. You can disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data anytime; see the data deletion page.
Price
Hera is free while it's in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you can stop using Hera at no cost.
Ending your use
You can stop using Hera at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or stop offering Hera with reasonable notice.
No warranties
Hera is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or catch every unwanted comment.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Choiceful Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by comments Hera did or didn't hide or flag. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Hera in the 12 months before the claim, which during free early access is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Hera after that means you accept the new terms.
