Delete your Hera data

You can delete your data anytime. Here's how.

If you use Hera

To remove one Instagram account: open Hera, go to Accounts, and choose Disconnect. We immediately stop checking that account and delete everything we stored for it.

To remove Hera from Instagram: in Instagram, go to Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites, find Hera, and choose Remove. We get notified and delete that account's data.

To delete your whole Hera account: email shareherasupport@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you commented on an account that uses Hera

Email shareherasupport@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We'll delete any of your comments we stored within 30 days and confirm by email.

Either way, we delete comment data automatically after 90 days.
